THE FOUNDER
Gary Wilson is the Founder and Principal Inventor of GAMECHANGER Dredging Solutions, bringing more than fifty years of professional diving and over forty years of hands-on marine diamond production.
His career spans vessel ownership, diamond production, diving, supervision and international offshore engineering, including senior electrical saturation technician
aboard the 300-metre-rated DSV Toisa Pegasus.

20 YEARS OF
ENGINEERING
GAMECHANGER evolved through approximately twenty years of engineering development, built on lessons learned during decades of marine diamond production.
Early innovations aboard Sea Hawk were followed by seven years working with advanced offshore engineering and saturation-diving systems aboard the DSV Toisa Pegasus.
Those two worlds — practical diamond mining and world-class offshore engineering — ultimately came together in the patented GAMECHANGER system.
THE SURVEYOR YEARS
The Surveyor became one of the defining chapters of Gary Wilson’s marine diamond career. Rebuilt from a recovered hull and commissioned in the open on the railway line at Port Nolloth, she went on to achieve approximately six years of consistent diamond production.
Summer operations targeted the rich shallow-water deposits, while carefully planned three-week winter expeditions into Devil’s Hole pursued exceptional diamond recovery during low tides.
The engineering, seamanship and hard-earned operational lessons aboard Surveyor became part of the practical foundation from which GAMECHANGER would later develop.
SEA HAWK – INNOVATION UNDER PRESSURE
Sea Hawk became the working platform where many of the practical innovations that would ultimately influence GAMECHANGER were developed and proven.
Under the constant pressure of maintaining diamond production, Gary Wilson developed improvements to gravel loading and offloading, gravel bagging, sand-blowing techniques and under-sand exploration.
These innovations improved diver efficiency, increased production and opened access to previously inaccessible diamond-bearing gravels.
The lessons learned aboard Sea Hawk became an important foundation in the development of the patented GAMECHANGER system.

TOISA PEGASUS – WORLD-CLASS OFFSHORE ENGINEERING
The next stage in the development of GAMECHANGER came through international offshore engineering.
Gary Wilson joined the construction and commissioning of the DSV Toisa Pegasus in Rotterdam before serving for seven years as Senior Electrical Saturation Diving Technician aboard its 300-metre-rated, two-bell, eighteen-man saturation-diving system.
Working throughout Brazil’s offshore oil fields alongside engineers, saturation divers and offshore specialists provided experience in advanced hydraulic systems, electrical engineering, reliability, remote operations and precision maintenance.
That world-class offshore engineering experience became an important influence on the engineering philosophy behind the patented GAMECHANGER system.
APPLICATIONS
BEYOND MARINE DIAMONDS
GAMECHANGER was developed for marine diamond recovery, but its patented remote underwater mining platform has applications far beyond a single industry.
Its combination of precise remote operation, controlled seabed interaction and modular engineering can be adapted for marine diamonds, river and alluvial mineral recovery, heavy mineral sands, dredging and other underwater resource applications.

THE BUSINESS MODEL
FROM TECHNOLOGY TO A SCALABLE BUSINESS
GAMECHANGER Dredging Solutions is built around a scalable model combining company-owned operations with franchised GAMECHANGER systems.
Company-owned units generate direct production revenue, while franchise operators use the technology under licence and pay GDS a production-based franchise commission.
This creates recurring revenue while allowing GAMECHANGER to expand without relying solely on company-owned vessels.
Future growth includes technology licensing, strategic partnerships and specialised underwater engineering applications.
INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY
GAMECHANGER Dredging Solutions is seeking strategic investment to complete the engineering, construction and commercial deployment of the first patented GAMECHANGER systems.
Funding will support final prototype development, manufacturing capability, patent progression, testing and the establishment of commercial operations.
The objective is not simply to build a prototype — it is to establish a scalable underwater mining technology business.
Initial commercial focus will be South Africa and Namibia, followed by expansion through company-owned operations, franchising, technology licensing and strategic partnerships.
